Return Property Management was established in 2005 in order to serve as the primary management entity for multifamily housing purchases made by organized investor groups within our company. Since July 2005, RPM has organized the purchase of Northpoint Apartments, Lake Charles Apartments, Applewood Village Apartments, and Applewood Suites--all located in the Fayetteville/Fort Bragg area of North Carolina. Since then, the company has increased occupancy percentage in each development exponentially, and has worked hard to create a warm, friendly environment for renters to come home to. Our work here is never done as we are constantly looking for ways to improve the living experience at each of our unique properties through rennovations, upgrades, and by listening to what you, the renter, have to say. Recently, the company has added to its repertoire with the acquisition of two properties within the Columbus, GA (Phenix City, AL and Fort Benning) area--Legacy Estates and Eagle's Landing--expanding our roots to other markets we feel can benefit from our extremely affordable and tenant-friendly properties!
RPM is dedicated to a unique customer service approach that utilizes the Internet in order to help potential renters find the perfect home to lease--long or short-term. Each property has its own website where you, the prospective occupants, can view photos and floorplans and gather tons of information on individual units as well as the property and community as a whole. There is even an "APPLY NOW" link on each page that allows you to submit an application without ever having to leave your computer. With managers on duty seven days a week, during all waking hours, applications are reviewed and responded to in real time. You can also put in a "Work Order" request straight from your computer that is also responded to in real time as we employ a 24-hour maintenance staff on all of our properties. We utilize an "Open Door" policy--our tenants have a lot of say in what goes on around our properties. Feel free to comment and make suggestions throughout the course of your living experience--we take everything to heart. Currently, we are in the process of adding cable television and internet access to every unit included right in the price of the rent (no need to haggle with the cable company), plus we have many fully-furnished units available--all at incredibly affordable prices.
